Tor Coatings has selected SteriTouch® liquid additive for its Anti-Germ Paint, under the established Rust-Oleum brand.

Available exclusively from B&Q, both in-store and online at www.diy.co.uk, the paint is the first of its kind in the domestic market. Preventing bacteria and mould using safe silver technology, the coatings are suitable for use in all areas of the household, including bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens.

The Rust-Oleum Anti Germ paint has been independently
tested against a broad range of organisms, including
MRSA, e. coli, salmonella and aspergillus niger, typically
reducing the population by over 99.99% when compared
with a standard, non-antimicrobial paint.

The paint is currently available in five colours plus a
novel clear satin which can be applied over existing
paints, allowing any colour choice to benefit from the
unique SteriTouch properties.
